Covent Garden Soup Co’s vegetable soup, £1 from Nisa.
What I like about these soups and especially this one is that they have a homemade quality about them. You get chunks of carrot and bits of sweetcorn (it also has potatoes, swede, onions, parsnips, cabbage and celery to name a few) in the thick tasty liquid so you never feel hungry after having one. Each carton contains two servings, three if you’re going to have bread, in my opinion, and is two of your five a day. Oh and it’s only 114kcals. Nothing really stopping you from having one is there?
Rating: 5 / 5 stars. I love this range and they do ‘skinny’ soups for the health conscious and are just generally awesome.
